Issaquah Prep and Preschool

Issaquah Prep and Preschool is a Reggio Emilia based center. The Reggio Approach envisions children as active protogagonists of their own learning; teachers as co-authors of children’s development as well as author of their own development. The families are considered an important part of the learning process.

Our child-centered program believes in the importance of the children’s prior experience and knowledge. We encourage children to learn by exploring their environment and promote their creativity. For this reason, play and art are highly valued in our program.
